Join us as SQL Server MVP, Author and noted Business Intelligence expert, Jessica M. Moss presents "Extract, Transform and Load your Data Warehouse."


One data warehouse buzzword that often gets used is "ETL", also known as extract, transform, and load.  But what does this really mean from a data warehousing perspective and how do we use SQL Server Integration Services to perform these ETL functions?  This session will answer these questions and show solutions to common ETL problems.

 

Speaker's Bio:

Jessica M. Moss, a Microsoft SQL Server MVP, is certified as an MCDBA, MCTS: SQL Server 2005 BI, and an MCITP: SQL Server 2005 BI. She has worked with SQL Server 2005 and 2008 since each of their releases and has participated in many warehousing and reporting solutions. Jessica enjoys working with the local community and is a regular speaker at user groups, code camps, and conferences.
